"My first B2320 was a problem from the very beginning, I had it in and out of Parcs service department more time than I can remember, they spent hours trying to fix a manufacturers defect, During the first 12 months they had it more than I did. I was doing little more than mowing with it. Finally, Chris took it upon himself to contact Kubota Corporation and begin the process to replace to tractor, loader and mower with a brand new one. Since that time, I've put 150 hrs of borderline abuse on this little tractor. It mows 3 to 5 acres a week, I've brush hogged, moved unbelievable amounts of dirt, cleared lots of fourwheeler trails with a landscape rake, mowed fields and road banks with a sicklebar mower,,,, the list just goes on with this great little tractor and it has never missed a beat. Parcs and Kubota,,,, Dad has bought two tractors from there and I certainly will again if this ever wears out. "

"I am so comforted knowing that PARCS is now a certified Generac dealer with a 24/7 on call service department. During the recent power outage that devastated 6 states, my power was out for 2 weeks. Because of my 20 kw Generac whole house generator, I barely even noticed and was not the least bit inconvenienced. Even though it was summer, it could have been extremely difficult as I have a well which requires electric to pump it. I was glad that I had it before I needed it but am infinitely grateful to have had it now that I have had the experience of really needing it and having it be there for me. Knowing that PARCS is just a phone call and 30 minutes away for service in the event of a need is just that much more of a comfort level for me. "

"As I stepped up on to the porch I saw the sign that showed that they had closed 45 min eariler so I turned to leave, as I was getting back in the car two ladies came out a side door and asked if i needed any thing. I told them I needed to get the stuff to do the 50 hr service on my tractor. They said come on in. They had already shut down the computer, but Anna started it up again and looked up all the items I needed. They even marked on each of the filters boxes which one went where, told me things to watch for while doing the service on my tractor. Anna printed out a information sheet that listed all filters and oils that my tractor uses and how much of each. PARCS is better than a five star dealership!!!"

"Me and my family have bought several tractors now from Parcs, and we wouldnt trade the service or machines for nothing.They are great to deal with, the Tractors and implements are next to none.
